    update
    height - still 6'3" (maybe 6' 2.75")
    weight - 248 (with chucks, jeans, tshirt, undies, socks, sweater)
    program: slacker version of rippetoe - (little to no accessory work, sometimes miss an exercise completely)
    (b/s/d)*5: 205/205/335
    diet: shitty, eating whatever is available including fast food, sodas, etc. shitty water intake as well. only thing consistent in my diet right now is one protein shake after workout.

    news: remeron attributed to @ 20lb weight gain in just under 30 days. 2 weeks ago i weight in at 250lbs in the same clothes. 2lbs could be water or shit, who knows. either way, my pants still dont fit right, shirts are too tight around middle/shoulders/chest everywhere.

    months ago, i was wearing 36x34 levis 514's. they're skinny jeans and wife liked how they fit on my ass. now i cant get into them and the pants that were literally falling off of me without a belt are tight.

    historically speaking, whenever i get back into lifting heavy (heavy for me, not for you powerlifting he-man 11ty-lb-clubbers) my weight tends to stay even. i've had my b/s/d go from 135/135/185 to 265/265/365 over the course of 6 months or so and i weighed @ 225lbs the entire time.

    this time around, i do NOT want to weigh 250lbs even if my b/s/d is 315/315/405, which is my goal "maintenance" weights. so, i ahve to start soem kind of cardio. i will start light just walking the dog and kid around the pond which is roughly a mile. i have a 40lb vest that i'll try out as well and see if that helps melt the fat off.

    i love it!

    it's perfect for me right now. It only uses exercises that I am able to do at home with equipment i have available. (flat bench, deads, squats, military, powercleans/rows)

    and if i miss a day, it's easy to make up or skip since i am doing the same 2 workouts every other day.

    i'm making decent gains though i could make better ones if i had more food around to eat, i think.

    i'm not sure how long i'll stick with it. it's very convenient for me.

    form is better on most everything, though. so i guess that's good.
