reset january 19, 2010 update height - still 6'3" (maybe 6' 2.75") weight - 248 (with chucks, jeans, tshirt, undies, socks, sweater) program: slacker version of rippetoe - (little to no accessory work, sometimes miss an exercise completely) (b/s/d)*5: 205/205/335 diet: shitty, eating whatever is available including fast food, sodas, etc. shitty water intake as well. only thing consistent in my diet right now is one protein shake after workout. news: remeron attributed to @ 20lb weight gain in just under 30 days. 2 weeks ago i weight in at 250lbs in the same clothes. 2lbs could be water or shit, who knows. either way, my pants still dont fit right, shirts are too tight around middle/shoulders/chest everywhere. months ago, i was wearing 36x34 levis 514's. they're skinny jeans and wife liked how they fit on my ass. now i cant get into them and the pants that were literally falling off of me without a belt are tight. historically speaking, whenever i get back into lifting heavy (heavy for me, not for you powerlifting he-man 11ty-lb-clubbers) my weight tends to stay even. i've had my b/s/d go from 135/135/185 to 265/265/365 over the course of 6 months or so and i weighed @ 225lbs the entire time. this time around, i do NOT want to weigh 250lbs even if my b/s/d is 315/315/405, which is my goal "maintenance" weights. so, i ahve to start soem kind of cardio. i will start light just walking the dog and kid around the pond which is roughly a mile. i have a 40lb vest that i'll try out as well and see if that helps melt the fat off. /blog Code: 4/7/2007 height 6'3" weight @ 231lbs 4/2/2007 standing military 135x8 135x8 155x8 with some pushpresses in there deadlifts 135x5 185x5 220somethingx5 270somethingx5 321x5 344x0 I should have wrote this down when i did it. i dont remember what little weird weider plates i put on in what order. pendlay rows 135x8 135x8 185x8 185x8 thursday 2/5/2007 back squats 135x5 135x5 185x5 225x5 225x5 front squats 135x5 135x5 i suck at these, cant get bar to balance right sldl 135x5 185x5 185x5 friday 2/6/2007 bench 135x5 135x5 185x5 225x5 225x5 225x5 225x4 with assist on the last rep incline bench 135x8 135x8 155x8 155x8 going to start a more organized/normal/structured routine next week. i've just been doing whatever i felt like doing for the last 2 or 3 weeks.
