Just want to know if you can tell a difference in my arm size. The first pic was from Christmas, but I've been workin out for tha past 2 months about 4 times a week with creatine and whey twice a day.

I know i'm small but I think it's some progress haha. 6'2 175lbs. In the first pics I was 160lbs

Oh and that's my bro in the pic laying in my lap haha. And please don't make fun of my farmers tan.

3 days a week I work on my biceps mainly. And 2 days I work on triceps pecs, chest.

For bi's I do 6 sets of 10-15 curls with 65 on a bar (moved up from 30), and 2 sets of 15 hammer curls with 25lb dumbels. For tri's and chest I just bench. All I have is 160 + 5lb bar to bench with so i just do as much reps as i can with that. I'll be purchasing alot more weights soon. And I do about 50 pushups a night everynight.

I think it's called Six Star or something for both the Whey and creatine. Not very high quality creatine, but I can tell it works. I was working out without creatine for a few weeks and gained a little muscle. But in the past month I've used this creatine and noticed a big difference in strength and muscle mass gained.

work your legs and back bro, you will gain even more overall size and strength!

and since you are a younger lifter, it wouldnt be a bad idea to get a gym membership or lift at your school so you have access to more equipment to train on

I've skated alot for a couple years and my thighs are big I think. My calves could use some work though. What workouts could I do for my back?

Yeah next school year I'll be in weight training :coolugh:

big thighs or not, anyone here will tell you not hitting your legs regularly is a huge mistake. alot of the leg and back exercises are compound movements and hit multiple muscle groups - which is whats awesome about that shit

leg exercises: squat (#1 most important), front squat, leg press, barbell lunges, dumbell lunges, etc

back exercises: dead lift (rivals squats in terms of importance) , rack pulls, db rows, pull ups, lat pull down, barbell rows, etc.

    can definitely see improvement. :bigthumb:

arms are relatively small muscles, you dont' need to hit them that often. plus they are worked during back & chest exercises. some here even find the best way for arm growth is through heavy compound back and chest movements, though everybody responds differently. Plus, you don't wanna be "that guy" with disproportionately big guns to chest/back.

And as strange as it sounds, working ling legs will actually help the rest of your body grow. They are large muscles, and by working them,, more of the hormones related to growth will be released helping all your muscles grow.

I'll try to get some tomorrow. I think they are disproportionate to the rest of my body.
