Kinda-progress pics v.fatloss

    First one was this spring sometime, late april/early may i believe. I was about 215-220lbs. Second one is mid-august. I'm down to 195lbs now and still have a lot to go. I actually started this around mid-march, but it took me a while to get my diet narrowed down to. Long story short, my cals needed to be a lot less than i first thought :o

    My changes aren't so visible in pics. I have a pair of jeans that were way too tight to wear comfortably when i started, now they're falling off of me. The same goes for some t-shirts - ones that were tight on me are now almost too loose :o I can see the veins and tendons in my hands without flexing, and some in my arms when i'm lifting. Wasn't like that when i started.

    My lift weights have stayed the same or gone up slightly, so no lean mass loss problems yet :wiggle:

    My room fluctuates from uber clean to uber dirty. It's a weekly cycle - shit builds up over the week because I usually only have time to come home, eat, then sleep. THen during the weekend i'll get bored and clean it all up.
