    then did some bench presses at 85 pounds, lats, chest, shoulder routine at 50#, various ab exercises with the fiancé , 215 pounds, :ugh:

    i'm 5'6 215, wedding is in 5 months, i'd like to get down to 165/175 by then so i only drink beer on the weekends, no fast food at all, lots of turkey/pb&j/grilled fish no chips/sweets/snackfood.


    i've lost weight before, but never really had much luck keeping it off

    what is ASIT

    If you don't want to look like a skinny lumpy bag of shit when you're finished it's good to lift weights while you're losing weight.

    At least you have 5 months to go and you're not like "HEY BROS MY WEDDING IS IN A MONTH I NEED TO LOSE 60 POUNDS CAN I DO IT?!"

    use that routine you won't look like a bodybuilder not with that attitude anyways, but it will help out and is generally a good routine for anythig

    If you looked like a bodybuilder after a month of that routine,
    everyone would look like bodybuilders.

    Relax, think of it as just a routine to keep yourself looking better.

    thanks bro, i was in the airforce and i got really bad shin splints so the impact of running really hurts so thats why i use the elliptical.

    going again tonight, cardio/weight lift
