    This is the situ.

i'm 6' 2" and weigh ~155. I have 8% body fat. I lift weight in my home, and do mild cardio with the GF when she wants to go jogging. Now this is the thing. I am trying to gain weight, however all of those protein shakes and weight gain stuff just turn my asshole into a flamethrower/shotgun 24/7 and make me feel sick all day, making me not want to work out at all.

What natural food stuff can I eat that will help me put on extra weight, while at the same time assist with building muscle. Don't list beef because I don't eat it - it makes me sick. However I can eat all the chicken and tuna in the world.

A regular day of Food for me is:

Oatmeal in the morning - 1 cup with whole milk.
2 pieces of toast - jelly.
    big glass of juice.

    Lunch:
    Coffee
Sandwich, usually either PP&J or Bologna

    Dinner:
    2 chicken breasts
    mashed potatos
    veggie of some nature.

    :wtc: Help.

The point where i'm at now is, If I eat any more - I feel ill because I feel stuffed. But contrary to that, If I work out more than I do now, I lose weight - I have some sick metabolism that makes people jealous because they are always like "wah, you can eat whatever you want and not gain weight." They don't know how much I work out, and that if I ate less, I'd shrivel into a skeleton.

eat more. since you don't seem to enjoy eating a large volume of food, eat more calorie dense things. peanut butter, nuts, use olive oil, etc.

All right. I'm going to try out the more calorie dense food. That makes sense.

Should I drop the juice and go for more Milk instead?

Eat more calorie-dense foods. Also if you have trouble eating a lot at once, break your meals up and eat smaller amounts each time.

Also if protein shakes make you that sick, you might be lactose intolerant, I dunno.

your getting 1500 cal/day at best with your current diet.... you need to double that. More whole milk, peanut butter, olive oil, etc are your friends. Aim for about 200g protein/day. Fill the rest of the calories up with whatever it takes. Post your routine also... if it sucks, all the food in the world isn't going to help much.

To pack on that much weight, you are going to gain some fat... it's inevitable. At 6'2 & 155, you obviously have a fast metabolism. Your current diet is barely enough to sustain normal physiological functions. To gain muscle, you need to have excess calories (and protein) to build it with. I would try working your way up to at least 2500 cal/day... if you gain too much fat, drop it back some. The main thing to remember is that you will gain fat with muscle, unless you are content with miniscule gains :(

you're not going to be able to maintain that 8% while you bulk. you will gain some fat but it shouldnt be any crazy amount.
