This is the situ. i'm 6' 2" and weigh ~155. I have 8% body fat. I lift weight in my home, and do mild cardio with the GF when she wants to go jogging. Now this is the thing. I am trying to gain weight, however all of those protein shakes and weight gain stuff just turn my asshole into a flamethrower/shotgun 24/7 and make me feel sick all day, making me not want to work out at all. What natural food stuff can I eat that will help me put on extra weight, while at the same time assist with building muscle. Don't list beef because I don't eat it - it makes me sick. However I can eat all the chicken and tuna in the world. A regular day of Food for me is: Oatmeal in the morning - 1 cup with whole milk. 2 pieces of toast - jelly. big glass of juice. Lunch: Coffee Sandwich, usually either PP&J or Bologna Dinner: 2 chicken breasts mashed potatos veggie of some nature. Help. The point where i'm at now is, If I eat any more - I feel ill because I feel stuffed. But contrary to that, If I work out more than I do now, I lose weight - I have some sick metabolism that makes people jealous because they are always like "wah, you can eat whatever you want and not gain weight." They don't know how much I work out, and that if I ate less, I'd shrivel into a skeleton.
