    Damn. I can't believe that was taken with my same model camera. I am trying, but every time I really start playing with the manual settings, the pictures just look terrible. :( All things in time, I suppose.

    Closet I can come to that is the SCN "twilight" setting, but without a tripod the result is blurred and useless as well. I keep meaning to buy one, but somehow never get around to it. Are they expensive, usually?

    They aren't real expensive, unless you get the ones with all of the features. I have a Promaster 6100 and the Sony wired remote.

    They're pretty inexpensive, and work good.
