KILL BILL was....

  1. F****N AWSOME! I went and say it last night at an ultra screen. I LOVED it. I like Terinteno to begin with and then he does a movie about my favorite genre. I could sit here and type for an hour about how awsome it was. So much matrial arts history and people that love martial arts had to do with this movie. IT's A MUST SEE IF YOU LIKE MARTIAL ARTS MOVIES OR TERINTENO!

Pretty good, the usual quirky Quentin blend of humour and violence.
My only complaint is that he needs to make more movies.
At least we get two in four months this time.

    Kill Bill nitpick

    *** Possible Spoiler***

At the beginning of the movie black mamba ices copperhead. When she goes back to the pussy wagon and crosses out copperhead did anyone else notice that cotton mouth was already crossed out. Even though she flew to Okinawa after the Cali slaying to get the sword. The sword that she then to to Tokyo? and used to ice Cotton Mouth.

Am I going crazy or did anyone else notice that cotton mouth was crossed out when she crossed out copperhead?

QT does some freaky shit in his movies, but I can't think of any reason for this to be in the movie. Either I am mistaken or cotton mouth was waxed first before the movie was split into 2 volumes.

    I have no life.

its just like pulp fuction, the real end is at the beginning

if the movie played in the order it was ment to, she would of gone to kill oren 1st then copperhead

its just how QT does his movies

yeah I just got back from seeing it for the 2nd time

The thing I couldn't understand is why she'd go Texas--> Japan --> Cali
and in Cali she didn't have the sword out. My first post was wrong though. She definitely did Texas --> Okinawa --> Tokyo --> Cali
and now she's on her way to see Budd.

I believe the tea house scene was actually going to be shown right before the finale with Bill in the three hour version.

i have seen the movie 3.5 (.5 boring story) times so i am 3.5 percent sure than i am right about this. after they show btw the bride getting killed they say 4! and HALF! years later. however she is only in coma for 4 years and o-ren is the first one she kills right after she gets out of coma. if she killed copperhead before coma she would have no purpose to kill her.

I loved how they stayed true to the samurai ways, like when black mamba fought o-ren, i totally loved that fight. Its a great movie, its right up there with pulp fiction for sure.
