The breasts are good as far as macros, but they put a bunch of MSG and god knows what else in that shit.

    simple stuff.

thawed chicken breasts in a pan covered in sriracha, mustard, and onions.
bake for 20 minutes at 400 covered with aluminum foil
turn chicken over and add some more onions/hot sauce if you wish
remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.

enjoy with a side of green beans or asparagus and you will love life

I felt sick after but it was probably the sides (coleslaw and corn bread).

    Boston Market > KFC

First 5 ingredients are sodium based seasonings :eek3:

The Macros on the KFC grilled chicken look great actually. That being said, I have a problem with how KFC treats their chickens and the means in which they keep them in the slaughterhouse. Therefore, I don't eat there. It is temping considering it's a cheap/easy place to get low-fat chicken, which is rare... but still.

There is an El Pollo Loco by my place. Never eaten there though. Is it any good?

I guess that's what happens when you go to a Boston Market with animals working there. I only go to the one in Aventura where rich white people work and they make $24 an hour to cook fast food.

Boston Market is where it's at. It is pretty calorie dense but for a bulk its good once in a while. I always do all white meat and peel the skin, but its damn greasy. And fucking tasty. Also in my town we have a fully operable rich, white Boston Market

It's cool dude. You live in San Diego where people are poor and white rich folks don't make $24/hour to scoop food on a plate at Boston Market like they do in Florida. Life sucks, move on and deal.

Do you believe that free range chickens or cows live a much different life than those in CAFOs or industrial farms?

It's really sad the ways "farmers" can manipulate the system and their marketing tactics.
