"This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device."
WEll i went i into in device manager n after i click on my keyboard which has a yellow explation mark, i get that message.

Everytime i restart or turn off n start computer my keyboard doesn't work.
I tried reinstalling drivers, The only way it works is that if i go disable the keyboard and then enable it, then it works, or uninstall it and then install it again but then after restarting it doesn't work so i gotta key disabling and enabling.
    Why is this happening.

    PS2 or USB?

    Simple or Complex?

Lastly, have you tried another keyboard?
