key to looking wide = big delts?

    I snapped a pic at the gym today.. and my delts seem to be growing and I think it's helping me to broaden out.. aesthetically, is it what makes you look bigger?

    Wider shoulders will make you look wider, if thats what you're asking. Bigger rear delts will make you look thicker as well.

    pulldowns without locking out at the top and WIDE grip bent over bb rows

    definitely awesome for teh lats, for some reason i attribute my growth to pulldowns/bbrows .. maybe i'm just retarded

    yeap.... been kinda depress coz of my lifting (and exgf problem :o)


    db bench went from 125lbs x5 to 60x10 and it bothers me alot.
    DL went from 375 to 185lbs
    db shoulder press went from 90lbs to 45lbs

    :wtc:


    sooo fucking sad.

    I think a wide back does. That gives you a really wide shape. The delts are like the cream on top of the cake and if they stick out more it looks awesome
