    a 405 push press BTN isn't exactly bad, even in a WSM sense.

    Yeah, like ACL i just think of his near 900 deadlift and that one video where he did a close stance raw box squat with 700 for a pretty easy double.. :p

    It's supposedly easier once you get the hang of it. Because you cannot really use nearly as much shoulders/tricep strength in it due to leverages... so you really have to use a ton of legs.

    I never really got into them because setting the bar back down always hurt my shoulders a ton. But that was just a lack of flexibility I'm guessing.

    for me personally i notice front push press is all quad pressing it feels because the torso stays vertical... it looks like for BTN push press, you get the posterior chain snap along with the quad assistance because you can lean forward without dumping the bar. Anyway, PC incorporation should = more weight am i rite


    Technical shit but it makes sense to me :dunno: when I get the shoulder mobility im gonna try them

    Same shit here it'd either hurt my shoulders, or I'd bring it down wrong, I remember one time my training partner was like "the back of your neck is bleeding!!!1one" :hsugh:
