There's no need to get her through ketosis though but the plan looks fine.
I would include a bit more green fibrous veggies though.

She wishes to do a keto diet as she knows how much Ii lost and wants a restrictive diet such as a keto diet so she can focus better.

veggies such as broccoli / cauliflower will be added

I would still not limit carb completely. Maybe doing a refeed 1 time during the week could help her if she lifts (which I hope she does). She'd be doing a cyclical ketogenic diet then.

i'd have a carb refeed meal every 3 days if she is lifting, if not then maybe once a week. you start to really drag ass by day 3 with low carbs(<20g a day), having that refeed puts you back in the game.

Keto diets are so easy for me to stick to. I can stay strict on these much more so than when I include carbs. The problem is the my performance in the gym goes down the shitter very quickly.

I disagree I like them cos you can eat what you like! My daily meals would be Portugese BBQ chook with ceasar salad and zero carb dressing and it was great! Dinner was a big steak with lots of brocolli and I'd graze on almonds all day. Maybe I'm wierd but I like those foods?

I'd suggest you head over to bb.com and visit they're keto forum there's a lot more knowledge on the subject over there.
