I have the non-rescue version. Exactly the same as pictured except it has a pointed tip.

The only bad thing it's done is the screws on the pocket clip walked out a few times until I got a GOOD torx driver and tightened 'em. And actually the main lock screw came out, but I tightened it to the proper tension and put some loctite in there and it's been fine for 6 months+ now.

Keeps the edge really well, even better than my benchmade.

I've only heard good things about it. Now that you mention it I'd probably take it to work and tighten everything down and use a bit of loctite as well.

Theres only a few stores in my area that I can find the knife at and they're all overly expensive.

So why are you going for the rescue with the dull tip?

I have the non rescue version also. I have it in gray with a black blade. It's the knife I carry on myself daily, I absolutely love it! It is nice and sharp, love the easy assist open, and its real thin so you can't even feel it there.

    Definetly would reccommend it.

To be entirely honest, the glass breaker got me, haha. I realize you could achieve the same results w/ your fist/elbow/rock/etc. I'll probably get it and want a pointed tip and end up getting another Kershaw if this one works out for me.

Hmm, I kinda like their new Stud-Lock feature. The Mini Mojo has it which is another favorite of mine. The Speed Bump doesn't look bad either.

I noticed that glass breaker too, I wonder how it's designed, like if it could be added to a non-rescue one.

I'd probably never use it, but it'd be cool.

Exactly! The idea seems awesome. Fuck rocks, I have a tool specifically for breaking glass.
