So i have been trying these out for 3 weeks to a month about 3-4 times aweek maybe less int he start and more recently. Anyways, it seems the general idea is to hold it for up to 10 seconds and release. Im not sure im doing this as when i do it, i feel like it stops right away and does not stay clenched. When i release it i can feel somthign realeasing however. When i do it while hard my penis moves then goes back to normal after a second or so. Is this normal? am i doing these right?

sounds like it to me. all you're doing is tightening a muscle, and that's what it should feel like. your penis will move- it's supposed to.

It's hard to hold it for 10 seconds when you're a beginner. In real life, you only contract this muscle for like a second or less. So when you hold it for 10 seconds your body is like "wtf?" and gets tired after like 3 or 4 seconds.
