what are some of the benefits of kegel exercises for men?

it really will not make your dick bigger, may add small girth due to better blood flow etc to the cock but girth is always good so *shrug*

Is there like a set regimen? How many is too many? How long do you hold it for? Should you not "work out" the day after you do kegels (like how if you do squats and then your legs are sore the next day you shouldn't do anything leg-intensive until they recover) etc.?
ya, girls are really weird about that. they think it's just an engorged hunk of meat that hangs.
