keeping track of food?

    so I made an account on fitday, and I think I must be missing some food someplaces or getting the wrong amount, because I am burning more calories than I am eating and I am not losing weight. So where do you think I am messing up because the portion size's seem to be correct and I am not forgetting about food.

    how do you know how many calories you are burning? BMR + activity is just a guideline, everyone is different.

    Forget FitDays calorie burned estimator. Find the info on how many cals x bodyweight=maintenance and figure it out from there.
