I basically use two machines as primary boxes (work and my personal laptop at home). I use the same email address for each. I currently have Outlook setup where it doesn't pull the emails down from the server. It leaves them there until I delete the mail from my deleted folder. This seems to work out ok, but I was wondering how you guys handle this. I could use my @vcu email for work and my @comcast for personal, but I normally need to get my work email at home too. Does anybody else have this problem?

I use IMAP email, so that keeps everything in sync nicely.

After reading about it, that sounds similar to how I've configured my POP accounts to work.

Yea, it is, except it keeps the mail on the server infinitely (never downloads messages unless you explicitly tell it to download one), so you just access all your mail there instead of having to worry about syncing it on different machines. Also lets me access my old emails through my ISP's webmail.
