Keep or sell the zombie gun? If I keep it, it'll definitely get converted with a new stock set up. or Convert, then sell? Profit? huh, what I don't really "need" anything, but range time and boolits. But it's also just... sitting there... looking at me. creepy much

I thought that was an S12, and was wondering why there was a scope on it....
    Anyways, I vote sell.

not soon enough. lots of people from my squad are getting shit done that put in way before me. You know how long that shit takes from a reputable smith. :wtc: I got the Open gun re-sprung and a new extractor and ejector so she's good for another 25k rounds.

Have you shot it yet? The 308 Saigas are the softest shooting, smoothest semi-auto 308 I've fired. Way more controllable that any of the other old .30 cal mil guns like the FAL or G3

3 gun is not very popular around here. It would be like giving a blind guy a color TV. :)

I was pretty set on selling/trading it already anyhow. I've sold quite a few guns lately, getting down to brass tacks. Either it's getting shot or it's getting sold. Thinking of getting some wheel guns for my wife, and one to keep at the store as a "cash register" gun.

3 gun is not popular up there because nobody is doing a match. Your telling me the ipsc guys up there don't have rifles and shotguns?

Not enough of them do. And even less are interested in shooting with both on a regular basis. At least that's what I've gathered so far. And the other big thing is having someone step up and actually MD a program. I've got my hands full with the IPSC program at my club. I volunteered a little over 100 hours to the program this year alone. I've got a business and family to take care of, otherwise I would do it.
