Having only shot the PM9, i can only suppose i wouldn't be comfortable hanging onto the .40 version. The Glock's grip is thicker for my large hands and feels more secure to me. The Kahr's thinner size may be a deciding factor in choosing over the G27 though.

Both are high quality firearms. Before buying one, see if you can rent each and try them out. It comes down to what feels comfortable and works for you.

I went with the G26 over the kahr for a few simple reasons. The biggest was how it felt in my hand, 2nd was the way it felt in my vest holster (it's my aux gun on duty). I also carry standard cap mags for the fullsize 9mm glock, so I can drop one of those into the 26 if things get really bad. :dunno:

It'll be up to you in the long run.

so there is nothing bad about kahr? i love the trigger pull compared to a glock, little on the small side but i can deal with that.

The Kahr is slimmer than a .40 Glock which might be nice for CCW but the difference is negligible in a holster. I think the Glock would last longer if you plan on shooting a lot.

Personally I would go for the Glock but the Kahr isn't a bad weapon.
Shoot them both and then decide.

I liked both, but like I said, when it came to holding it, and comfort in my holster, I went with the glock.

You can also change the trigger on the glock to less of a pull. I personally just had it changed to a 3.5 trigger pull, and love it. I also personally like DAO over TDA when it comes to handguns.

Nothing wrong at all. Kahrs are very high quality pistols. Fit and finish are above average and very reliable. Glock is the same way, either way you go, you will end up with a good weapon.

To each their own but I have both and would take the glock any day.
