I've pretty much decided I'm gonna buy it tomorrow, but I thought I might stick my head in here to see if anyone has any opinions.

    PM9 vs. PM40?

The gun is really light, some I thinking nay on the .40 caliber. Methinks the recoil would be too much. :dunno:

I already got the Guardian .32 instead. That's my tiny carry piece. I want a bigger and more powerful gun, but still small, for when I'm wearing something that allows it, and the Kahr PM9 is the smallest 9mm/.40 that I could find, so the Kahr it is. :)

Yes, and the Liberal Army's greatest tactical advantage is the power of surprise. You see, to the casual observer, the Liberal Army's deadly attack formation appears as nothing more than a run-of-the-mill gay pride parade.

the pm9 is definitely snappy, but manageable.

its a little heavy in that it's an alloy gun, but it helps

I've heard spotty things about kahr's customer service lately. I'd look at the kel-tec p11, the size isn't that much different, its cheaper, and they at least have good service. If money is no object and you really want small there is the rohrbaugh of course.

Not hard to strip, almost identical to stripping an hk usp compact. It's light but not light as a airweight revolver. But it is thinner. My first one sucked and worked properly 20% of the time. Kahr had Fedex come pick it up at no charge. They couldn't fix it and sent me a new one. Recoil isn't bad at all even with +p ammo. Haven't used the new one so we'll see...
