Ok first of all, I havent been seriously lifting for 3 months now, and I have been hating myself for it because I have lost a lot of muscle mass since then. And my time has been revolving around with a lot of family problems and school. Been helping taking care of my 4 month old niece. But yesterday I told myself "Get your lazy-ass up and work the F*** out!!!". So I did and felt amazing, the pump I was missing so much, I was like hell yea I back bitches. I am on a Upper/Lower Body Split.
