Thanks for the link. I've been waiting to see some sample shots.

I'm not sure what you mean about not having autofocus. The K100D and K10D both have 11 point autofocus with 9 cross-type sensors.

I was referring to their "lens options"

It's lacking in terms of longer, auto-focus glass. I'm definitely waiting out to see how the high ISO performance is from this K10D, sounds damn close to a 5D but for a 1/3rd of the cost

you know, I always hear about those lenses, but NEVER do I see them at bhp, keh, or ebay. It's funny that they are listed, but probably have about 10 produced. There is such a demand for them, the prices our outrageous. I see A* 300mm (manual) go for $1000+ on ebay all the time and that's the only thing in the way of "long" glass I've seen from Pentax.

Maybe that's because you can order directly from Pentax and buy anything they sell, but then there's also these:

    etc..

How about you just stop posting. k? It's becoming painfully obvious that you don't know what you're talking about.

ok, continue to pay almost $5000 for a fucking 300mm lens. Pentax is a joke and I'm not saying this uneducated about them, I owned one of their SLR's about 3-4 months ago and glad I got rid of it. Until they get some R&D into some good lenses, it'll never be worth a damn, no matter how good the K10D is

speechless? yeah, I don't blame you. Let me also mention that the 100-300mm zooms are HORRIBLE quality, it's hard to beleive pentax even designed something so horrible

have you even looked at their 2007 lens options, its well taken care of for a prosumer. k10d was not meant for the "pro" Its still can;t replace a 5d, or a 1d. But it was meant to compete with the walkaround dslr, at a great price and finally stir up Canon and Nikon monopoly.

I mean anti shake body, is a definate plus, makes any lens you put on there "IS" vs having to purchase an IS lens

Speechless. Ha, that's a laugh, no I just got bored pointing out how retarded your posts are. :mamoru::mamoru:

Have you never heard the phrase 'it's better that people think you're stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt'? Just admit that you don't know shit about photography and you are only here to sackride Canon and Nikon so you can fit in.
