k, so i have a question here on losing weight.

    schools getting started soon, and i would like to lose some weight... i definitely gained somne pounds over summer.
    im currently ~205 pounds and 5'10"
    around 21%body fat... yes, i know that im fat, but i would like to know if eating <1000 calories a day + 30 minute running (at an average of 8mph) would be better than, say eating 500 calories more and exercizing 10 minutes more?

    i dont lift too much, but i plan on including that while i work out.
    thanks for the diet advice.
    my plan is to go below 15% body fat before november. is that a realistic goal (if I follow your advice)?

    ok, thanks for your help. i think that this summer, i have been a complete fatass, sitting around and playing cs all day :( .

    ah yea CS will do that to you...good luck though


    just remember to RUN alot and limit calorie intake if you want fast results before school, but that counts as a crash diet and unless your will power is absolutely through the roof i doubt it will workout for you. The best way to succesfully lose weight and keep it off is by doing what superbri said. try thing slike green tea to supress hunger, drink alot of water ..especially before meals and again RUN alot.

    well the best thing to do if you want quick results as i said was run and swim (if you know how to). limit your calorie intake to maybe like 1000... but i wouldn't recommend this.. this is just if you really need to cut out some pounds before you go back to school

    well, i think i can do with 1000 calories per day... I mean, considering that i have *ahem* a lot of food 'stored' alreaady :p
    anyhow, thanks for the help, i guess i will need to stop drinking bawls and start drinking more water.
