I want to get SUPER shredded so here is my new diet.. after being on a PUR diet for one day i realised he has no idea what he is talking about.. so i made my own. <morning meal> 1 lbs bacon.. 14 fried eggs.. 1x diet coke. mid morning meal 2x wendy jnr bacon burgers.. 2x large fries 1x crystal lite diet drink. lunch Big mack with bacon and cheese.. 1x large fries Gator aid per work out 80g protein shake 4 slim jims 1x diet coke post work out KFC 4 piece mash potatoes corn my goal is to get BROLLY in 2 months.. i figure i can cut down to 4% while gaining 40lbs of beef!!!
