    Mon-Fri I eat quit healthy and treat myself on weekends within moderation(sometimes not!)

    Bare in mind I just started lifting....and I'm working with a exercise station, I don't have access to free weights just yet.

    August 10'05
    6 minutes of cardio to get the heart pumping
    3 x 10

    Squat (40 pounds)

    4 x 10

    Calve (50 pounds)

    3 x 10

    Arm curl (30 pounds)

    3 x 15

    Bench Press (20 pounds)

    5 x 20

    Ab Curl (40 pounds)

    5 x 5

    Lat Pull Down (40 pounds)

    5 x 5

    Pectoral Fly (40 pounds)

    6 minutes of cardio to maintain core temp

    I ate very healthy, but had a couple of beers (what else is new:hsd: )

    6 x 5Lunges 40 pounds
    4 x 10Low Row 40 pounds
    3 x 10Incline Press 20 pounds
    3 x 10Shoulder Press 40 pounds
    10 x 10Ab Curl 40 pounds
    3 x 10Tricep Pushdown 40 pounds
    3 x 10Backward Lat Pulldown 30 pounds

    5 minutes of cardio before and after
