    focus on everything, lower body is looking weaker than upper. you look good for a 17 year old

    You look good (I'm 17 as well). Just continue doing what you are doing...I'm not exactly sure but youre posture doesnt look too good. It might be just the pictures... Everything else looks awsome and keep it up.

    Upper chest/back/traps could use some filling out?

    Back and abs look fantastic. I fully planned to come in here and join a hate bandwagon but you acutally look good. :rofl:

    You look awesome man.

    I'd focus on good deadlifts and squats. You'd be nasty once that lower back and legs catch up.

    Sorry about the late reply.

    I used to deadlift, but sort of stopped... I am going to start again, but I'm gonna get someone to help me with my form though just so I dont fuck my back up...

    And yeah i do a lot of rows, but am going to start concentrating on deadlifts/squats as you guys suggested

    right now i just do the following,

    back/bi
    chest/tri
    legs
    traps/shoulders

    Any reccomendations for change?

    My max bench is 240, for squats 315 (3 plates) and yes I go low, deadlifts i did 225 about 7 times today...

    I got my work cut out that's for sure.
