Got done working out biceps and back, and fucking realized I had nothing to eat except Cytogainer....so I made a quick 11pm run to the grocery store.

    baby carrots
    bananas
    broccoli
    cantaloupe
    applesauce
    puffed rice cereal
    skim milk
    eggs
    jenny-o lean turkey burgers
no salt added deli turkey meat
    whole wheat bread
    whole wheat buns

fucking all so god damn delicious. i LOVE fresh fruit/veges

    6'1", 150 lbs :o

i dont really keep a log/chart of my lifts and what not. I just get to the gym 4-5 days a week and lift as hard and as heavy as i can. in fact, i probably don't even know the right names of half the lifts i do....but i know i do them right :o. i keep a mental note of my progress, and I know I make progress. I just don't like being all brolyesque about it

I'm a REALLY hard gainer, so I usually aim for 5 or 6 reps, 3 sets for each exercise.

I used to do things differently...i've tried all kinds of things. but i finally met with a personal trainer for a couple weeks and he got me on track. he was the same body type/metabolism as me.

I finally started seeing really good results a few months ago then I got really sick and skimped on the gym for a month or so. Now i'm back at it and i'm super determined to put some meat on my bones. so far so good.

nice to see that you're on the right track... one thing i've learned is that consistency is key for me. good luck and see you around. take advantage of the noob gains.
