i like going to the gym much better than working out at home. I can workout anytime at home and would end up putting it off, however if i go to the gym i just go and get down to business. business time.

Getting there. Like 800lbs in bumper plates, two nice bars (and a shitty one that came with a 300lb olympic set for the rack), custom made rack, dumbbells to 100, full stereo w/laptop, and the best part... wood burning fucking stove. It's like fucking Rocky IV in there

now that im traveling a lot. i can take them anywhere i go. one of my buddies has been using them for 5 months now. hes just as lean and cut now as if he were going to the gym.

    this shit is no joke

" One of the biggest reasons that Terrell Owens is so gung ho about training with elastic resistance and especially his Super Strong Man Edition is because it enables him to train his muscles incredibly hard, without the joint pain and injuries that occur with free weights. As Terrell says, "easy on the joints, tough on the muscles!""

btw bands taxes the joints more than any freeweight especially if the movement strays away from the origin of the band

I talked him down some on the dumbbells, but I'm sure it was no big great deal. I think they were like $.60/lb
copy/paste from another forum I'm on:

Oh, I'm sorry... I'm unable to obtain test to supplement my naturally low levels :coolugh:
