I searched and couldn't find an exact answer, but I read that you should wax your door jams, should you also polish and/or glaze as well? I know this probably sounds retarded, and I probably know the answer...but figured I'd ask.

I just use a cleaner wax on door jams. If you are prepping for a show, then using a seperate polish and wax would probably be best. For an everyday driver though, a one step product will suffice.
