    moral of the story my arms suck butt

    I wish I had my sheet of measurements from when I started working out

    I'm 6'3" 190 lbs

    these are all relaxed, you dingleberries

    I know man it sucks I've always been 'the skinny one' of my friends.

    it's slow but it's coming. I can see the difference as time passes. I'm patient. I do need to hit arms harder. I'm switchin the ol' routine up and it should be reflected.

    though gaining 25 lbs is far more than I've ever done before. it's a big accomplishment for me to even make it this far

    That's BS, when I was 6'3" 190 my arms were almost 16"

    I feel your pain. I have an injury in my forearms, so I can't really do a good bi workout without pain. I still work through it atleast once very week. The pain gets so bad that I can't even drive though.

    i think arm measurements are generally taken flexed. Just holding your arm out with your elbow bent at 90 degrees is going to cause some flexing of the bicep anyway.

    I just did mine, and got just under 16.75 flexed, at little over 16 unflexed (elbow bent 90 degrees) and 15.5 with my arm hanging loose at my side.
