speaking of BA, how much do you guys take? i'm still doing 3g 30mins before working out..
I am curious myself. I just got some and plan on doing 2g 30mins before working out.
a level teaspoon is 3 grams, a heaping teaspoon can be a lot more than that. tingle time
I do 4.5g before workout. and feel the tingle
I take 2g 30 mins before a workout and 1g just as I start the workout
Helps avoid the itching/burning while getting the benefit

i take mine between 30 and 5 minutes before my workout. more recently its been the 30. the tingling is weird at first, but once you realize youre not dieing its ftmfw.
uhh today was pretty bad and other days not too bad.
but ye today i was so damn itchy and constantly itchign my face/neck/arms

I'm starting to incorporate more cardio into my routine now to get ready for flag football season and I get cramping in my side/kidney area a good bit before I get tired, think it'd help?
Sounds like everyone is taking BA...I might have to try this shit see if it does anything for me. Looks like most places sell it in capsulated form, is powdered any "better"? Links appreciated.
