I'm 17 years old, 6ft 155lb. I used to lift weights like 2 years ago but then I stopped and haven't lifted in about 1.5 years. I'm going to start lifting again but I'm completely out of shape, skinny. I saw this workout posted in F&N awhile ago, is it a good workout to start out on? Should I make any adjustments to it? I don't see any ab workouts in it?
