F&N Crew help me. Just started working out, trying to lose weight I just really started working out and going to the gym, I think I have an alright routine that consists of weights and cardio 4-5 days a week. My diet consists of 4 meals a day, breakfast I eat a bowl of special K, lunch is usually some kind of chicken, turkey, or ham sandwich, snack is usually another turkey sandwich, dinner is more chicken or fish most of the time. I am 5'11" and currently at around 230lbs and trying to get down to around 200lbs or so if I can. Just wondering if there are any supplements that you guys would recommend me to use to help with the fat burning. Also any other help is appreciated. My friends that workout a lot recommended sesamin, fishoil and green tea extract, but I really don't know much about them.
