Owned it for 3 years and only played it for an hour when I bought it :o

Starting again on my PS3 with a "Perfect Start" save, all items, all points. No need to grind to get past the bosses and I'll just go through the story  :coolugh:

thats retarded. basically you will just walk around not having to even push a button because everything dies in one hit. The story is basically a reskinned starwars so you might as well skip it and watch that instead.

Infact I think you should just stop playing RPG's altogether and just go straight back to FPS.

Right now it's just one hit cause I'm 4 hours into the game. I'm sure it will get tougher :dunno: I'm still on level 9 :o Besides, I really don't have time to grind, I'll save that for FFXIII :noes:

Not really I did'nt really play that one after like 5 hours of trying the story sucked. It had no hook to keep me playing whatsoever.

It wont get harder since you have everything done for you already you will always be ahead of the curve.

You can basically set up your gambits to auto heal and auto attack and probably finish the game with out doing anything.

I'm sure it's good in the end. But damn I hated the fighting system, hated the story, hated the scavenger quests at the beginning of the game. All of it was gay.

And also having to grind a bit early on was not fun too.

Horrible pacing to a horrible story start.

If an RPG or any game in general cant "grasp" me within 5 hours of forcing myself to play is not worth my time

I don't have time, scratch that, I don't have the desire to put in 60 hours on a PS2 game. I did when I was in college, not so much anymore :hsughno:

The main reason to play a final fantasy is for the gameplay and exploration/excitement of finding new weapons and what not, that actually have an effect on you. Not for the cliche story that we have all seen before about 2 teen lovers and a rebellion.

If that's the case, then every single FF is the same. Explore, grind, fight a boss, level up, rinse and repeat. The story is what keeps me playing.

take out the grind part and it takes more thinking to play the enemies with out over leveling.

Have you ever heard the saying "There's more than one way to skin a cat"? I play them for the story, if that's a problem for you..:hsughno:
