She's so pretty now. :) Got a question though:

I shouldn't have to use the bar again for at least half a year to a year right? But now that I've gone through the trouble of getting her looking like new, how often should I wax and or polish to keep it looks good?

Correct, you don't want to clay too much. You should be waxing about 4 times a year, and polishing the car twice every year.

Clay only when you need to. If the paint still feels like glass, you don't need to clay. I haven't had to clay mine in over a year and that time was only because I got some overspray on it detailing near a construction site while they were painting (they were around the corner so I didn't see them when I started).

Wax every 3 months and polish prior to waxing every 6 months and your paint should look fine.
