Long story short, a mutual friend had his 03 hyundai backed into at his work and asked if Id be interested in fixing it.

I wish I started with a before picture (i guess i rushed right in :o) but the very back quarter panel was shoved in, tail light scuffed etc etc

instead of giving you a play by play, I'll just let the pics do the talking

    Nice!

    1. Did you use a stud welder to pull dents?
    2. No expoxy primer before filler?
    3. Blue guide coat?
    4. Final wetsand grit before paint? 600 or 800 grit?
    5. Clear coat entire sail panel to the passenger's mirror, or blend on the way there?
    6. Match paint yourself, or have paint jobber do eet?

    1. nope, just a hammer and dolley
    2. no, I've never had any luck with epoxy primers
    3. it was just lying around.. it was better then nothing
    4. 400 :o and a scotch brite pad with sanding paste
    5. entire panel from tail light, down to rocker, up past the mirror
    6. I had my supplier do it for me. I dont have the deep pockets to start my own dupont store
