just sharing my current routine...

    always lurking..never posting.. haven't been able to sleep much at all lately since i have a lot of things on my mind.. so hello. :sadwavey:

    neway

    mon:
    incline db press 4x6-8
    flat bb press 4x6-8
    incline db fly 4x8-10
    skullcrushers 4x10-12

    wed:
    dl 4x6-8
    db row 4x6-8
    chin up 4xfailure
    incline hammer db curl 4x10-12

    fri:
    squat 4x6-8
    db military press 4x8-10
    upright bb row 4x8-10
    rear delt db raise 4x8-10
    bb shrug 4x10-12

    i throw abs and forearm/wrist at the end of the workouts randomly and get most of my calf workout from skipping so yea...

    the load is less than other routines i've done, but my body seems to respond better to it.

    a pretty basic 3 day split i guess.
    any comments or suggestions to make it better?

    Throw in some SLDL's and it actually isn't too bad.
