I have had mine for about 4 months now and LOVE it

honestly, I haven't found much need to install anything. I did play with a bunch of apps, but i upgraded the OS and lost them and never reinstalled

be sure to patch your phone with the newest ROM from the tmobile website. Windows Mobile 6.x.x. It really works a lot better than 5.x.x

you will find a lot more apps preinstalled, it runs faster, has better usage of font and window size

also, you'll find PLENTY of windows mobile and windows ce software, but almost nothing for Windows Mobile Phone Edition. it sucks, but there really is not much out there that I could find, but I did not make an exhaustive search....maybe you can find something (let me know!)

I have had the mda, wing, and the dash. The dash is by far the best phone for me. The mda is a close second though. I just couldn't deal with the size of the mda and wing. the wing also felt like it was built like shit.
