    Got Kiwi Strawberry flavor, with Aminogen and all that shit.

    Tastes fucking amazing!

    Do you guys take 1 scoop pre workout and 1 scoop post workout or what?

    one of my training partners drinks it during workouts but he has a hard time keeping weight on....:dunno:

    When I used it, I would mix it with luecine and creatine and sip on it during the workout.

    1 Soop PWO.. I love the stuff, it fills you up without making you feel bloated. I don't know if it's just me but I can actually feel my body absorbing it. My muscles also felt more full after a week or two of use. I purchased ON's version which unflavored and chalky but it's not that bad.

    My friend who competes uses the stuff while cutting and most of his carbs either come from Waxy or vegetables. He takes just enough carbs to remain out of ketosis but still keep muscle. Says waxy maize is a life saver.

    i notice i'm get less bloated on it compared to gatorade (powder). i';ve had teh plain and strawberry and both taste pretty chalky and nowhere near "amazing", though the strawberry definitely was better then plain.

    usually use it postworkout, hadn't though of using some pre too.

    gonna keep using gatorade powder during though since it helps with electrolytes

    I was thinking about buying some of this stuff.

    My problem is unless I have a huge meal before the gym, I always end up weak and almost light headed half way through a workout - like I haven't eaten for a day.

    Think this stuff would that? Maybe take it pre-workout instead of a small meal?

    I like to munch on a small package of gummy bears during training. With as tight as my diet has been for the past 2 months or so it's like eating an entire fucking cake at this point. Taste so fucking good.

    It's been praised by tons of people. It bypasses the stomach and goes straight to the gut for absorption therefore you feel less bloated and theres less, if none at all of an insulin spike resulting in muscle fullness without fat increase. this is what ive read, all i know is that i drank it yesterday and it tasted cool as fuck. i felt full without being FULL or bloated if that makes sense. Im going to drink it PWO w/dymatize whey immediately then have my chicken w/oats/broccoli and ill see how it works and let you know

    IIRC, mixing it with anything effectively reduces is molecular weight, which is one of the reason's it can bypass the stomach.

    I remember when it first came out people were recommending drinking WMS by itself then having protein 30min later

    yeah you want to make sure that you keep it mostly WMS, like if you have 3-4 scoops of WMS maybe 1-2 scoops of PP is cool.

    I love it. Definitely makes you look much fuller and it works FAST too.

    Drink some mixed with water and 10 minutes later you're visibly bigger.

    Same goes for post-workout. Normally when the pump is gone I get kinda flat, but a glass of waxy maize starch and I'm back to normal size.. it's crazy how fast it works.

    So like Bateman said, do you guys have it before and after? I was thinking of trying it before, but it seems most people are using it post work out. Would it even be beneficial to take it before?

    Trueprotein.com seems to have the best deal on waxy maize...it's $22 for a 5.6lb tub unflavored from 1fast400, which is $3.93/lb. I can get strawberry flavored for $3.59/lb from trueprotein.com
