Got it for $200 with 5 of those long magazines and stock magazine and a case.

I don't like the stock so I'll prob sell it and get something else.

Great deal. That stock alone is worth about 70 dollars new.

Do the mags have metal feed lips or plastic?

I say you got a good deal no matter what.

new stock and you're sitting pretty

  8. Get a different stock, and try out each of the magazines. If they don't work, throw them away.

Yeah, but I figure I could sell the stock for about how much a new one costs that doesn't look so bad.

They all work, I bought this from a buddy of mine and I know he's gone through all of this.

  10. What barrel does it have? Also, does it have any trigger work done to it?

Nice find! Even if you don't like some of the components, you can sell them off and replace them, and probably come out almost even.

It's a butler creek. As far as the specifics I'm not sure. I'm guessing I'd find out if I turned it over.

    Good buy.

You should have no problem ditching that stock if you decide you don't like it.

What are some good websites for this gun and a forum?

  16. rimfirecentral.com is the #1 place for the 10/22. There's a lot of info about 10/22s on here too.

Lulz. I knew a guy once that drove a Toyota Echo; he drove my friend to school everyday in HS.

Then he confessed to my friend that he secretly fantasized about him naked. My friend found another ride to school, and that guy ended up in prison for sodamizing male youth members in his church. Don't buy crappy stocks, or the same could happen to you.

You'd damn me to hell if you knew more about the person in the photos. He actually lives down the road from me, and is no longer allowed on any of my families property (he's mentally challenged, along with being deaf).

True pic (now that this shit is all good and de-railed) from Spring break:
