    What muscles are strained/used the most during arm wrestling?

    Just wondering, I'm not gonna go enter any contests or anything :cool:

    but ummm its probably a lot of forearm, bicep, and shoulder activity

    i think it's the forearm :confused: i think i watched a tv show about it where one of the guys said his tendons in his forearm are all torn to fuck because of arm wrestling

    I was thinking it was mostly forearm also.

    yea i popped something by my elbow once a few years back, never arm wrestled again.

    snap the others wrist right at the start. then they concentrate on trying to get their wrist straight while you take them to the ground.
