What should I expect, when should I take it and at what dosages?
I think you're supposed to take 3g pre/post workout... I usually just take 6 before workout since it's simpler.
Your skin will itch/tingle, but I think after awhile you build up tolerance to that part.
I haven't noticed anything too great from it, the tingling helps me have a good workout though.
shits like crack, I feel like I can lift forever with it. Recovery time is a bit better too. Solid purchase.

My creatine has some in it but maybe I should just get it on its own.
I take a gaping teaspoon anywhere between 10 and 30 mins before i workout. ive been making great gains, but you know its hard to pinpoint what supplements do what. and yeah, youll get used to the tingles.. at first i freaked out every time now i fucking love the feeling. just mix it in water or some shit its tasteless.. i mix it with a scoop of whey personally, just for some more P.

says to take 1 serving with 8oz 2 times a day and on workout days take 30min before.
1500mg a serving
6 weeks off cycle now, retained all of my gains -3lbs of water, feeling like a fucking beast and im about to start:
should be fun, I havent touched anything of the sorts in YEARS, in relation to supplements with NOS, creatine etc.....just been protein and vitamins, fish oils, bcaa's.
isnt mono/cee almost like a double dose?

I thought I read on here it wasn't good to take mono with BA.. maybe I just read its better to take CEE. I'm sure someone can confirm this one way or the other.
