Never couldve found this if A96HondaAccordCoupeEX didnt reply to one of my posts about a month ago :wavey:

Now all I have to do is go to my FFL tomorrow (Hick's Trading Station), pay him the $25, and wait for it to come in
    :coold:

Also ordered a Hogue pistol grip from BowersTactical.com for $20 (To tide me over til I buy a lot of 10 or so from arfcom)

And 2 USGI black teflon 30 round mags from 44mag.com
    https://www.44mag.com/prodinfo.asp?number=DH30B

    Nothing special for now.
But plan on buying accessories this winter and getting it ready and all tacticool for the spring

Will update with pics when the rifle comes in

    Dont like it?

I went to Hick's today to see what kinds of things he kept in stock, and saw a used bushy M4gery for $725. Had the grips. Kinda liked it. Especially compared to the standard ones.
I already ordered one from Bowers though. Sorry. :hs:

Didnt really have much that caught my eye. Did have a new production 1927 Thompson semi only for sale. And saw a grease style gun that was a psitol.

Mainly used shottys and alot of revolvers and handguns. I looked for a P99 but all I found was a p22.
    And a $400 Romy WASR :ugh2:

Could definately get most of the guns new or used cheaper elsewhere.
Im talkin about something like $70 markup on the Rem 700 compared to Walmarts price.

    But only $25 transfers :wiggle:

    Dont like the grip?

I like the hogue grip too although I'd like to feel the tango down one. It looks comfy.

Hes a great guy. He gave me a MIAD grip and offered 4 30rders with my purchase. Course then I told him I was from California. But I did order 4 uppers from him.

Both are great platforms. There are things that I like about both of them so I"ll own both. I still need to get a complete upper for mine but I want to find one that's as cheap as possible :x:.

Better than using the Belleville Shooting Range, the only other FFL I could find that wasnt an hour away.

And they charged $50 a transfer. Good thing I can get the upper delivered to my door. If I didnt use Hick's the range would charge me $50 for EACH box that came.
Not too many options around here.
My dads friend wouldve done it for free, but he still does everything through the mail. It would take forever that way.
Illinois is definately not the sportsman's friend.

Just faxed over the FFL license. Should be here in a few days :wiggle:

BSR is pretty much overpriced on everything and I don't like the staff. I don't know what the distances work out for you to be but I can also point you to good FFL's in murphysboro and centralia.

I was using the Shotgun News Ffl locator.
I dont think those are on there

Kind of far for me to go, but would be great to be given a few more options though :)
