Just ordered a 15" MBP...

    • 80GB Serial ATA drive @ 5400 rpm
    It's going to be sick. Should come this week if all goes well. :noes:
    It'll be a nice upgrade from this 1.42 Ghz, 512 RAM mini.

    should have got the 1gig (2x512mb) option and installed ram your self you would have saved alot more and use the money you paid on the ram to upgrade the HDD to a 100 gig 7200 rpm.. but thats my 2 cents

    if you changed the ram to 1 gig and the HDD to a 100 gig 7200 rpm you will have a better laptop and you can always get ram from newegg for cheaper than $400 dollars and with those options you save $200 that you can use to upgrade and if you dont want to get the 1 gig of ram and just upgrade with newegg that saves more.

    I dont want to have to worry about installing the ram myself.

    And I already have a 300gb external hd.
