I take Muscle Milk and Whey Protein. I also take Green tea extract, fish oil, multi vitamin, and Calcium. I take the whey protein 2 scoops with water every morning with breakfast along with the pills. Then 15 mins before I work out I take a pre made Muscle milk container. Is this the right time to take the protein? I don't think I really need more protein intake because my diet alone with supplements makes a lot of protein. Should I move the whey protein I take for breakfast to after I work out?
