    • 1lb/500g lean ground beef
    • 1 half onion grated or finely chopped
    • 4 pinches ground coriander
    • 4 pinches paprika powder
    • A dash of fresh ground black pepper
    • A pinch of salt
    • A tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 egg lightly beaten
just mix it all together in bowl, I just bought 1 Kilo of beef and doubled the recipe. I made them into 1/4 pounder patties and froze them, next batch I think I'm going to cook them then freeze them.

Lean ground beef has better nutrional value then chicken breasts. Not to mention a lot of the fat also melts off when frying them, though I'm on a bulking diet so I'm not worried about the fat. They're fucking delicious, had 4 burgers today ontop of my 3200 cal diet :noes:

Not to mention that recipes ingredients are very little, barley effecting the nutritional value, besides the 2 eggs(i doubled the recipe), which is just more protein.

Lean ground beef was on sale for $1.50/lb at Safeway, expired May 7th but thats why I froze the patties. luckily had all ingredients in kitchen so didn't have to go out and buy anything :hsd:. The first time i fried them I used the hamilton beach grill, but it was a bitch to clean so the second time i made them just used cast iron frying pan w/ some olive oil :bigthumb:

Welcome to the club. I've been doing that shit for years.

95% lean beef FTW. I'll never buy boxed and frozen burgers again.

not off the top of my head, but typically bison is leaner then beef for the same type/grade

Your recipe calling for 500g = 75g fat which 30g are saturated fats not to mention 2.5g trans fat. I think you need to look up the definition of the word 'better.'

Although i think lean ground has it's place in any healthy diet - it isn't exactly a replacement for chicken in the sense that you could eat it multiple times a day & daily w/o being somewhat concerned of the sat fat content...

I don't know what the percentages on his beef is, but I get the 95% lean which for 4 0z contains only 7g of fat, yet 24g of proteint.

I made 8 0z (half lb) burger patties. 14g of fat and 48g of protein.
