And i had no fucking clue what i am doing. Basically i was all over the place doing curls, benches, abs and treadmill all in one day. I know i am doing it wrong and i will probably suffer tomorrow . I am also trying to eat more protein and carbs so oatmeal in the morning then tuna, chicken breast and steak for lunch and dinner. Would that be right? Anyway just wondering if theres any workout schedule i can follow you guys can lead me to? Cheers.
