Just joined the gym today

    And i had no fucking clue what i am doing. Basically i was all over the place doing curls, benches, abs and treadmill all in one day. I know i am doing it wrong and i will probably suffer tomorrow :rofl:. I am also trying to eat more protein and carbs so oatmeal in the morning then tuna, chicken breast and steak for lunch and dinner. Would that be right?

    Anyway just wondering if theres any workout schedule i can follow you guys can lead me to? Cheers.

    sometimes i do this without realizing it. I don't workout like a lot of the guys in here do with these strict schedules and weight/ rep plans. I stick to same basic rules and rotate on a 4 day schedule with one rest day. my rest days I do core though because that shit is easy.

    I won't post my routine because i'll get trolled so hard :rofl:
