just invented a good tuna recipie

    cook 1/4c brown rice
    1 can chunk light tuna canned in water
    1TSP mustard
    2TSP Franks Redhot.
    mix it all together

    that shit was tasty

    replace canned tuna with fresh caught salmon and yeah it would be.

    I was looking for an alternative to mayo. Its weird but this tastes like a mexican burrito filling or something

    i've done that before. what's really good is if you substitute the mustard and frank's for sriracha (asian hot sauce). that shit's bomb. and throw some ground black pepper on top, too.

    or you could try gourmayo :dunno:
    it's mayo-ish but more healthy iirc

    my good tuna recipe is from a caf... take meat sauce from the pasta area and put it on the tuna... gets rid of the tuna flavor and taste kind of like pasta :yum:
