I'm trying to cut weight, but at the same time I smoke. I usually smoke around 4 cigs a day, but my girlfriend broke up with me recently, so it's actually upped my count a few in the past week or two. I was wondering, EXACTLY how do these impair my ability to lose weight, if they do? Right now I'm doing like 20-30 minutes of cardio (running) a night, and I'm never short of breath. I haven't started the whole dieting yet, cause I'm in college, and I need to actually go out to buy some shit instead of eating at the cafeteria (free food ).
