A very good friend died last night from Kidney failure and I had to go over this morning and clear his house for his parents. They are not savvy on guns and he had a small armory. 4 AR15s, an AR10, a full auto M4, pistols shotguns, old Nagant and a few other WWII era rifles. Any other time it would have been a fun time getting ready for us to hit the range, but this morning was so damn draining emotionally. His parents were just stunned as I kept pulling weapon after weapon out, clearing chambers and stacking them up in their cases. I told them I wasn't sure if we found everything but when they start cleaning his house, to call me and I will come back over and check again for weapons and, knowing him, explosives. Rest in peace Bob.
