A very good friend died last night from Kidney failure and I had to go over this morning and clear his house for his parents. They are not savvy on guns and he had a small armory.
4 AR15s, an AR10, a full auto M4, pistols shotguns, old Nagant and a few other WWII era rifles. Any other time it would have been a fun time getting ready for us to hit the range, but this morning was so damn draining emotionally. His parents were just stunned as I kept pulling weapon after weapon out, clearing chambers and stacking them up in their cases. I told them I wasn't sure if we found everything but when they start cleaning his house, to call me and I will come back over and check again for weapons and, knowing him, explosives.

    Rest in peace Bob.

    sorry about your friend.

not to be insensitive, but its instinct to ask, what are you gonna do with all those guns?

They will probably have to sell the guns to pay bills and for the funeral.

If they were FA, they probably would have gone for at least $50k total.
